Program scheme of the UWOM
UWOM conducts its activities through the following programs:
1. PROGRAM ON WOMEN’S POLITICAL STRENGTHENING
Aims: to promote and fulfill equal possibilities for women’s involvement in political decision-making and structures; active women’s position in the decision-making process, to create gender image in the society, especially in the political parties and authorities; to elevate the democracy level in Macedonia.

2. PROGRAM ON WOMEN’S SUPPORT AND STRENGTHENING
Aims: help, support and development of local women’s organizations, women’s groups and women individually, education on their health, strengthening of their self-confidence and power, protection of women victims of violence, support through humanitarian activities, development of businesswomen capacities, social-economic strengthening and employment.

3. PROGRAMME AGAINST VIOLENCE AND WOMEN TRAFFICKING
Aims: protection of women victims of domestic violence, prevention against trafficking, support for women's human rights

4. PROGRAM FOR ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT OF WOMEN
Aims: Employment opportunities program for women; Program for lessening the poverty among women; women's labor market and clubs, seminars, T4T, lectures.

5. PROGRAM YOUTH CENTRE
Aims: Strengthening the consciousness of the youth population and their incorporation in the society based on building positive approaches and relations for themselves and others: motivating the youth to take active part in the social and every -day -life events; SOS phone line and counseling for youth.

6. PROGRAMME FOR PROTECTION OF PEACE AND CONFLICT RESOLUTION
Within the Peace programme NCWM - UWOM has been actively working on peace keeping in the Republic of Macedonia and in the region, on the tolerance promotion, dialogue and conflict solvingin a peaceful way by connecting people from different ethnic and religious origin.
NCWM - UWOM celebrate the 16 th of November, the International tolerance day and participate in conferences dedicated to peace.
