Policy paper Rural gender perspective, include municipalities Tearce, Kumanovo, Dolneni and Gostivar. The objective is to identify and potentials of the inclusion of rural women in decision-making processes in 4 targeted municipalities as well as their turnout at elections. The policy paper is prepared in the framework of the project "My voice-my future". The position of the rural women has improved , but a lot remains to be done. Changing norms, attitudes and power relations is possible only by engaging all relevant stakeholders. The main priorities included drafting gender-sensitive local policies and investing in the capacity and skills development of rural women.
